  • We welcome all prospective residents who meet our leasing qualifications, including international students. Please feel free to reach out to us for details about the application process or any specific requirements you may need to fulfill. We look forward to assisting you!

  • We simply require a form of identification. For international students, this is typically a passport number or VISA information.

  • Yes. If you would like to qualify using a guarantor, your guarantor must be a US citizen and meet 1785 Club’s standard income and credit requirements.

  • Students can also take advantage of two alternative options for financial qualifications: prepayment of the security deposit or enrollment in the Guarantor Waiver Program. Security deposits are equal to two months' rent. The Guarantor Waiver Program is a convenient option that requires a monthly fee of approximately $70 and eliminates the need to provide a guarantor or pay a security deposit.

  • Furniture is not included in the apartment, however we would be happy to connect you with a local furniture rental company if you would like to rent some pieces for your home. The kitchens are equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer.

  • 1785 Club offers a variety of tour options to suit your needs. If you’re unable to visit in person, we provide FaceTime and virtual tours for a personalized experience. Additionally, we can offer detailed pre-recorded video tours if you prefer a more flexible option.

  • Apartments at 1785 Club lease up very quickly, so we recommend securing your spot as soon as possible to ensure availability.
